Urban Group Stay Hotel

Our group stay hotel business focuses on providing spacious accommodations for middle-class foreign tourists, transforming underutilized secondhand buildings into profitable hotels through acquisition, renovation, and rebranding. The business operates under two models: full building acquisitions, where vacant properties are purchased and redeveloped, and management contracts, where we manage vacant units within owner-held properties.

Ideal properties are centrally located, close to stations (within 5–10 minutes), and meet post-1981 earthquake standards. With minimum floor areas of 60 m² per floor and optimal guest rooms of 50–100 m², each hotel accommodates 6–10 guests per room. Through strategic renovations and compliance with local zoning, we provide high-quality, flexible lodging that meets demand for group stays while adding new value to overlooked properties.
